It is important before the start of the challenge to take into account some basic rules:
- It is important that before playing the conditions of each player are discussed, each setting their limits.
- Players must choose a safe word, which they will say when they want to stop one of the actions carried out during each of the 30 days.
- It is recommended that both participants maintain a great deal of trust in each other.
- There must be a master role and a submissive role which can alternate during the 30 days.
- Never tie anything around your neck.
- It doesn't have to be tight.
- It should be played with round-tipped scissors on hand in case the submissive feels overwhelmed.
- The tests will increase in intensity as the days go by.
