LR09 batteries commonly known as "the little vial" are commonly used in motion sensors, radio controls, electronic scales, toys and a multitude of measuring devices because their small size and high voltage provide ideal characteristics for many electronics manufacturers. Alkaline batteries have a shelf life of approximately 6 years. A 9V battery measures 48 x 26 x 17 mm and weighs 45 grams. They are also available in the HR22 rechargeable model, with the same diameter and thickness, and their weight varies depending on the capacity of the model. Like the entire range of rechargeable batteries, its voltage is 1.2 volts and its capacity in mAh may vary depending on the brand and model.
